Our initial review of your claim is completely free of charge. If you have a valid case, we’ll process your claim on your behalf on a no win, no fee agreement. In other words, if your claim is unsuccessful, you won’t owe us a penny.

If your claim succeeds – and don’t forget our success rate is almost flawless – we’ll limit our charge to just 25% (+VAT) of any money recovered on your behalf.

So, if you’re awarded £1,000, our fee would be £250(+£50VAT), leaving you with £700.
